Jyotiprakash Chati
Jyoti is a board member of NJOAUG. Jyoti is a Oracle Applications Techo-Functional Consultant. Jyoti has 25 years of industry experience mainly in the Global IT industry, with significant knowledge in software development, consulting, ERP and IT support functions. Jyoti started working with Oracle Corp. in the Oracle Applications space in 1998 and till date has worked on number of implementations, upgrades, and has carried out applications support for many MNC's. He was heading up the Oracle Practice and the Offshore Development Center in companies like Rapidigm, Fujitsu Consulting, Mannai Corp. He has proven his excellence in the area of People management, Quality Management, Project Management, Client Management and Business Development. Jyoti contributed richly to the growth of Rapidigm India into a SEI-CMM level 5 company. He has also contributed in building up Mannai Corporations offshore Unit successfully. Jyoti has worked with groups from various countries including USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kenya, Israel and Qatar. Jyoti has done his Masters in Computer Management from Pune University and Post graduation in Industrial Engineering.

Pritam Hasabnis
Pritam brings 12 years of experience in database architecture and project management. He heads the responsibility of managing various projects happening in various verticals/domains & ensures management synchronization in the organization. Amongst the other responsibilities, he also manages staffing requirements, resource allocation across the firm. Pritam, who is originally a Oracle DBA, moved into mobile computing domain due to keen interest in execution of system level applications on mobile devices. Prior to taking on the current responsibilities with Omni-Bridge Systems, he has worked with companies like Zensar Technologies, Cybage Software, Oracle Corporation at senior management and database administrative posts. Pritam received Masters Degree in Computer Management from Pune University; he also holds Oracle DBA/Developers certifications.

Rajesh M
Rajesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Pune University, followed by an MBA (Systems) from Pune University and MS (Computer Science) from Boston University (USA). Rajesh M is the key driving force for the exponential growth that Sparken has chalked up for next few years. Prior to his position with Sparken, Rajesh was the consultant of a large financial institution in USA for 12 Yrs. Rajesh has more than 18 years' experience, including eight years in Sr. management positions. Rajesh's other assignments include Managing a Consultancy Firm - Adroit Software Inc. USA, Manager - Arrowstreet Capital LLP,USA , Manager Covansys Inc, USA and various positions of responsibility in prestigious organizations in the field of IT consulting. In addition to his responsibilities, Rajesh's is involved with various post-graduate academic institutes of repute as faculty and as a member of Board of Studies.

Rajendra Kane
Rajendra holds a Masters degree in Computer Management from Pune University. Rajendra's focus is Relationship management and program management office for the all the project Delivery. Prior to SISPL, Rajendra was delivery manager in Top-5 Global IT Companies in India and in that capacity was responsible for the delivery. In total Rajendra has more than 20 years of experience in handling Development, Maintenance, Implementation and Migration Projects of which 12 years in Manufacturing domain and 8 Yrs in telecom domain. Rajendra is well verse with project execution methodologies and Quality procedures during software project execution. His experience includes Reverse engineering of Legacy billing application, Design & development of Data warehouse for a large telecom billing application. Rajendra has successfully managed delivery responsibilities of large multi-million dollar IT projects for global organizations in USA, Europe, Australia, and APAC region.

Nitin Vaidya
Nitin has rich experience spectrum, ranges from establishing and managing various lines of business in Infrastructure and media & Entertainment. Nitin has over 20 years of experience in Business Management. As true entrepreneur he is running various ventures successfully. In addition to his responsibilities, Nitin's principal directorships include his serving as a director on the boards of directors of reputed Infrastructure Company in India and as a director on board of directors of Social organizations.

Amit Shitole
As an entrepreneur, Amit has played a pivotal role in organization from ambitious start-up to a offshore software service company. Amit looks at strategic partnership development, business development and execution functions. Amit holds post graduate degree in Business Management from University of Pune. He has total 10 years of IT Experience and prior experience working with companies like Colgate- Palmolive and S.C Johnson in the field of marketing research and business promotions. Amit's dream is to take organization into the next growth orbit and has been shouldering the responsibility to build necessary capabilities to scale the organization.
